# V5M Open — Evidence-First Sales AI Operating System

V5M Open is a sales operating framework for GPT and other capable language models. Its purpose is to reduce useless prospecting and make AI-assisted selling optimize for **real buyer progress**, not seller activity.

## Core idea

More emails, sequences, demos and proposals do not mean a deal advanced.

V5M treats buyer progress as observable behavior: the buyer shares requirements, introduces stakeholders, commits resources, defines evaluation criteria, starts security/procurement/legal steps, agrees a dated next step, begins a POC/sample/trial, signs, or buys.

## Why open source it?

The sales industry does not need AI that merely writes more persuasive spam. It needs systems that prevent low-value outreach from happening in the first place.
